In the shivering isles in the Milchar, tieras, how do I pickup/use the ritual torch and open the frozen shut diligence crux? I beat all the creatures and checked all the areas and I have no clue what to do. Will someone please help me?

You have to grab the torch, (LB I think), and light all three of the unlit torches in the corners. After a while the torches you light will go out so you will have to be quick.
