The Fin Gleam is located just to the west of a little island west north west of Anvil. It's under water so you should take a few water breathing potions with you if you want to find it on the first dive. It's a Glass helmet that gives you Water Breathing, Night Sight, and Life sight, but I can't remember the radius for the Life Sight.
