Go to the shop. There will be a man outside of it. Talk to him. Complete the shoe challenge by going through all the rings accurately and quickly. He will give you rings. Then go to the shop and buy the availeable items. Then go to the row of coins by the sea and press x. It will take practice to get completely across. Don't let go of x, press and hold x.
Just bought this game on eBay and seemed impossible. Collected a silver coin(?) above a fountain. Then walked round and round the map until I finally saw the man with the blue arrow over his head who was the shoe maker mentioned above. Thought these games were for kids-bought for a five year old and can’t figure it out myself haha.
