On level two where is the button which tails has to press to stop the whale getting through the gate?

I'm pretty sure it's atop one of those tall rocks. I know it's surrounded by enemies, so just fly up and look for it.

After you get on the beach you go straight. Defeat the first set of robots. Then after you defeat the other three guys jump up the rock to your left then use dummy ring snipe to take out the robots on the rock in front of you then fly up there and theres the switch.
