Yes I have seen previws off xbox live it does appear to be simmilar to RE4

The game seems creepy but I do think it is in first person. In the videos it seems so.

It has an over the shoulder point of view like in RE 4, but for some reason it seems a little different than RE 4, I can't explain why, it just does.
