Two questions

1. The achevments safety first and stomach upset if I shoot somebody or get thrown up on can I die and start the level over or would I have to start the campaign over
2.Zombie manaic what would be the easiest place for it

1)I think you have to start the campaign over. I want to say you can just restart the level but I'm not sure because I don't have those two achievements. You could try starting the level over but I'd rather be safe than sorry and just redo the whole campaign.

2)Campaign 1 and 4 are a No-Go here. I think Campaign 2 would be the easiest place to get this achievement.

You can restart the level, it happened to me, but only decided to restart the level, and still got the achievement.

I recon the third campaign is simple enough, was the easiest. Though depending if you play online, you might want to do it on the first, as everyone is pretty familiar. Try hiding under the bridge at the final part of the last level.

No you can't die and restart but you can restart at the start of the game
