What level do you have to be on to get skulls I tried heiroc on coop but the skull was not their it is the one on seirra 117

You have to be on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary to get the skulls. Perhaps one of your teammates got the skull before you did?

I think you have to start the level from the start and not jump to the way points. And yea normal and above.

Well first you have to make sure that scoring is turned on. Then make sure your looking in the right spot.

Scoring has to be turned, so do the skulls. Then make sure you don't kill any wraiths along the way.
