Meta-Game help

I have tied activating scoring on both free for all and team and getting 15,000+ points but for some reason I am not getting the acheivements. However I am playing with my brother. Can you not get it on Co-operative or do you both need 15,000+ points each? I was playing on legendary, does this matter?

If you are going for the Meta-Game achievements, the first 5 missions and the last two you need to get 15,000 points (Arrival is not counted)And on the Ark and the Citadel, missions 6 and 7, you need to get 50,000 points ON YOUR OWN. You can play with another friend to get it, but you individually need to get 15,000 points. It doesn't matter how many points your friend gets. ONLY YOU. So you could have 75,000 points over all, and still not get the achievement if your friend gets most of the points. I would recommend doing these on Regular with as many skulls as possible (only gold skulls count for multipliers) Don't do any exploring (for the time bonus). Stick to the route and kill as many enemies as possible. Try to go for headshots (The birthday Grunt Skull helps with this. Also, if you are driving a vehicle and an A.I. Person in your vehicle kills an enemy, you get a portion of the points. This doesn't happen with an actual person on split screen( they can't kill him, get the points, and you still get some.) Finding and picking up gold skulls also gives you about 1000 points I think. Obey that and you will find it isn't so hard after all (I have all of the Achievments for the Meta-Game ones, so I have experience in this)
