Missing skulls

Thanks for anwsering my question but the skull on the covenent and the storm won't show up I've looked on youtube,gamefaqs and none of it works please help me I am trying to get the full set of hayobuso armor.

Press x on the campagin menu and active the skulls. All of them. The gold skulls are achievements and silver give you nothing.
