3 pelican mod
I have a mod of rats nest saved on my xbox that has 3 extra pelicans and 3 master cheifs that just stand there doing nothing until you kill them then it goes all glitchy but what I was wondering is how is it done? I mean is it done via code hacking on a pc or some weird glitch that some nerd found while messing around on rats nest?

I don't think that is a glitch. If it's a Mod, more than likely someone spent some time on their computer making the code and stuff. They have websites where you can go and make your own mod, so you should check those out.
