No sorry there are no cheats for the campaign, let alone the whole game in general. The only way to modify the camapign mode, for good or bad, is to turn on the skulls you find hidden around the maps.

There are no cheats for the game halo 3 sorry. But you can get skulls which will change the gameplay but they just usually make it harder. You can only get skulls on normal difficulty or higher not on easy they are pretty asy to get though. hope I helped =]
