Is there any cheat that lets you fly a pelican if there is please tell me

No, there isn't a cheat to do so. The only way to do so is to mod Halo 3, but who does that?

This glitch doesn't really make you drive it, it makes you ride it and you need 2 players. On the level the covenant, when the two scarabs fall destroy the one on the left then fly over to the back of the pelican. (make sure that one player is driving and player is on top of the hornet not rideing it.) Go over to the door and make the player on top jump for the door then hold RB.
