For the skull on covenant were can I get a grav lift to jump up there? =$

After you defeat the Scarab there is a small structure down the bottom of the hills. Before you go up into the large building. Down the bottom there is few gravity lifts there for your use.

Unless you just stated it wrong, your on the wrong level and that may be why you can't find it, the level where you need to gravity lift jump to get up there is on The Ark..Read the description above his is right ^.^

The level is The Ark, and after you defeat the scarab there is like a 1 floor gray base, thats the place.

At the bottom of the hill, before the large building is were.

Before you go into that building, where you fight the scarab there will be a little building thing where brutes on choppers will come out. Go in there and on the floor there will be some Grav lifts.
