Ascension on Insane

I'm horribly stuck.

I'm stuck on act 3, the chapter named ascension. When I did it on normal, I had no problems. But the centaur blows up horendously easily on insane.

I'm up to the part where the lucust have a little fortress type thing, with the big tower you have to shoot down.

As soon as Baird says "dom shoot the tower!" I get pummeled by troika fire and I die. The rockets arn't fast enough to reach the tower before I die. I can't turn round and run, because I die. Also, when I shoot the tower before Baird tells dom to shoot the tower (Dom doesn't actually do anything. Neither does cole. Baird is the only useful person there) nothing happens.

Help?

Luck. All you need is luck. Kill everything down below and shoot the people on the troika. Get around a spot to where they can't shoot you, and pummel with rocket fire. Be sure to kill any locust coming to you also, as they will destroy you in a heartbeat.

I figured since the question was old :P but it was unanswered. Other members can be helped by the answer though :D
