Ok when I'm playing training grounds I can take photos and when I play multiplayer I can't whats up.just so you know I can't get xbox live.so it's on the xbox I have now.i play with my brother

You can only take photos when you're playing by yourself. You can't take photos when you are playing with someone else on the same Xbox 360.

If you are playing without your brother, you can take them.
T only works if theres 1 person on the console at a time.

The only time you can take photos is if there is 1 person using the console.

The only time you are allowed to take the in game pictures is when you play by yourself or in Horde mode possibly with a teammate.
