As there wasn't a demo for the first one I don't think there will be.

For this type of game, there probably will not be a demo, but it's coming out fairly early.

No. OXM (the Official Xbox Magazine) confirmed there will not be a demo. And just so nobody who reads this will ask, it comes out November 7th, 2008. :P
