I do not know how to beat the vampire character.

If you mean General Raam (at the end, on the train), you have to blow him up to get his bats off him, then just unload
When the bats come back, repeat
You also have to avoid him, because hes essentially carrying a Troika (the fixed turret) and will rip you apart within about half a second

He means RAAAM.
Throw a grenade at him (or fire torque bow at him) the explosion makes the bats go away. When this happens, take the sniper rifle, and let his face meet a bullet.
Keep doing this(its 4 or 5 headshots) till he;s dead.

My way is easier do co-op have one person with the longshot(sniper rifle) and one with the torque bow or my brother and I did he had a lancer and I had a torque bow I would get the krill off of him (yes krill not bats krill) and brother load all 60 bullets and do perfect reloads for the damage boost about 5-6 times he's dead I'm positive
