Yes, during act three, you are in the warehouse, when the man falls down into the pit with all the wretches in, go down yourself, and run around a bit, till some more come, then use frags to kill them (try making a dfrag to stick to one of them to be more accurate.

In act uh 3 where all the wretches are in the pit you fall in, fall and kill them with frags
