Question for Fallout: New Vegas
Is there a way to get to The Fort without using the barge from the Cottonwood location. I cannot find the legion that is suppose to be in cottonwood to assist me getting the The fort to talk to Ceasar.

There is no other way to get there, I've tried so trust me. The guy you need to talk to should be standing at the docks. If you can find that, go there and walk to the end and talk to him.

You must also have the mark of caesar in order to be allowed to the fort. The guy only appears when this is in your inventory so if you annihilate cottonwood cove beforehand you can still reach thte fort.
