Question for Fallout: New Vegas
Is it better fot Mr. House to Rule New Vegas or is it better for Yes Man to rule? Also I can't find carlito for the questt bye bye love I go to the diner in the vault but he's never there any hints/suggestions would be helpful

In my opinion it's Yes Man, because that's pretty much you, depending on if you're good or not.
Check around the whole Vault 21. If you checked at night, he's probably in his room sleeping. If that's not it, leave the building, wait until it's light out, and then go back into the diner.

I took boone with me into a casino with me and the clerk at the front desk took our weapons. After we left the casino I had my stuff, but the kept boone's weapons. How do I retrieve them??
