Caps are easy, although a pain.There are several ways to do this. Best way is probably collect Prewar books and sell them to the Scribe in Arlington Library. They go for 100 each meaning you can profit 9800 plus from this mission alone. Also collect Quantums for the people in Girder Shade (she gives you 40 eaach and for 30 a Nukagrenafe schematic, he gives you 40 each or 80 after a speech check).
There is a tedious way to spam experience. During Agatha's Song, in Vault 92, get to a computer and deny access then lockpick the doors. Other than that, lockpick and hack everything. Hacking tip: look for brackets closing brackets of the same kind on a line, when you get the wrong passwords back out and try again so you don't get locked out. This eliminates the need for a certain perk.
