Question for Fallout 3
I went to Anchorage Memorial to get the 5th Keller tape but it's not on the table in the tent. I've been here before because I rescued the captive earlier in the game, but it wasn't on the table either. How do I get the tape now?

Double check your inventory. Also check the other locations again.
1. Grisly Diner- on a desk in the backyard by a ruined concrete wall
2. Abandoned Shack- among the debris
3. Wastelander Pylon- on a low bookcase
4. Hallowed Moors Cemetery- on a pulpit with a skill book
5. With the super mutant and captive.
Also the Mesh in this game was not the best so items could glitch through tables and even the ground. I hope this is not the case in your game.
