1. Get an Evil or Very Evil karma level (You can check your karma using your Pipboy 3000. It should be under Stats). You can then hire him to come along with you for 1000 caps. But trust me, there are better followers out there.

2. There are two ways to get it. Firstly, if you complete the simulation in Operation: Anchorage, you'll get the training upon exiting the simulation. Secondly, if you don't have Operation: Anchorage, upon completing "The Waters of Life" and unlocking the Citadel, you can ask Elder Lyons for permission to get Power Armor Training. He'll tell you the name of the man to get it from, and you can find him by the shooting range outside in the Citadel court during the day. Just ask him about it, and you'll get the training.

3. You can give them to a Brotherhood of Steel Scribe for caps. I believe her name is Scribe Jameson and can be found in either the Citadel A or B ring (I forget which, but it shouldn't be too hard to find her just by searching around in those areas)

4. Depends. If you know the special glitches to get you tons of caps, or if you sell a lot of stuff, get the Fortune Finder perk, that kind of stuff, as well as deliberately searching for it, you will. Otherwise, you'll have a fairly consistent level of Caps throughout the game.

Answer to Question 4: Try not to explore much of the D.C. ruins. Then go to "Anocotia Crossing" or something like that, its a metro station real close to rivet city.Just walk off the ramp, and go right, well look to your left as you go right, and youll see a metro.Take that until you get to the mall. Then go into underworld. (Museum of History.) and convince barrows to wake up the unconcious chic (Reilly) or use med skills.Do the quest "Reilly's Rangweers" (if i spelt that right.) Well, make way to their HQ. Get your reward. Then offer to help them out.Well, basically, just wonder around DC,finding metros and other stuff.Well, return back after that. And you can get an assload of creds...BUT,you can only do that until you find the places.
