Yea any one who dies is dead. You have a lot of followers though.
Star Paladin Cross: Brotherhood Paladin (Good)
Butch DeLoria: Tunnel Snake (Neutral)
Clover: Paradise Falls Slave (Evil)
Sergeant RL-3: Mister Gutsy Robot (Neutral)
Jericho: Retired Raider (Evil)
Fawkes: Super Mutant (Good)
Dogmeat: Dog (No Requirement)
Charon: Ghoul Bodyguard (No Requirement)
You can have Dogmeat and ONE other follower. That is the only way you can have 2 followers. Other than using glitches
You can only revive dead followers on the PC version using console commands, there is no way to do it on the Xbox 360 version. If you need another follower for an evil character you can recruit Butch in Rivet City if you have completed the Trouble on the Homefront quest.
On the PC version, yes.
On the 360 version, No.
You'll have to get some new followers.
Since I suppose you're evil, that leaves you with Chiron, Dogmeat, and Clover.
The only follower you can technically 'revive' is Dogmeat if you have the Puppies perk.
reload your auto save you lose some of your progress but at least you'll have your follower back.
Sorry, dead is dead. If he is killed your best solution is to load a save that you made before he died.
You cannot revive your followers. I recommend just restarting a save from when they were still alive.
