There are two White Houses. There is the Capital Building, and then there was one we say was directly hit by a bomb when the bombs dropped. It's hard to get there, and it's really radiated. You will most likely die. Go to the top west corner of the ruins and find the entrance quickly....due to the radiation.

The White house is in the top west corner of the d.c ruins and it is hard to get into because it is barakated off from the front entrence, and be careful because it has extreamly high radiation levels.

The way to the White House is to exit the Penn. Ave Northwest station in Pennsylvania Avenue, go up the stairs, and proceed straight until you reach the building to the north. A manhole cover on the sidewalk at the southwest corner of the building leading to utility will be visible. This manhole connects to the White House bunker.

You can only access the actual building remains through the sewer and the White house is east of the Washington monument.
