Ingots

I have found all but one ingot. I looked at all the locations that the guide told me they are at but I can't find it.

If it is one ingot by itself instead of one you forgot in a group I found my last single one by a pile of tires. The last group ones I got were on the west side where you have to climb those stairs to jump on a building and get in the fenced off area. Those are the hardest.
