Where is the highest point in the game? Can someone give me the location or relative location? Thanks for the help.

There are a lot of high places, but I would go with Tenpenny Tower, or the satellite relays to the far north/northwest part of the map.

The highest? Well, Tenpenny Tower on the south side of the map, has a pretty high balcony, as does the Washington Monument in the middle of the DC ruins. Other than that, there are some satellite dishes on the north end of the map, and tall mountains scattered across the wasteland. I'm not sure which is THE highest, but those are some pretty safe bets.

I read in the guide that it was the Washington Monument but I think that it would probably a tie between that and Tenpenny Towers.
