1. On your map, towards the north west corner of the map, there should be a sideways U shaped part of the river. On the east side of it, the Deathclaw sanctuary should be there.

2. On the North Eastern corner of the map, there should be an area at the top of the map where there's a light green area shaped a little like a square. On the East Side of it, Old Olney is there. (Careful, it's swarming with Deathclaws, and there's a trap in the middle of the town that forces you to go through the sewers, also full of Deathclaws)

3. West of Old Olney, in that same green square.

4. The Underworld, inside the Museum of History. The Museum can be found in the Mall. Face away from the entrance to the Washington Monument, and it should be on the left side of that huge area. (A friendly ghoul named Willow will be patrolling outside of the Museum.) Talk to Mister Crowley when you get there, you can start the quest there. (NOTE: In this quest, it's best to simply keep the Keys for yourself, find out what Mr. Crowley is really up to by passing at least one of the speech checks in underworld, then confront him about it. He'll tell you what's up, and offer you 100 caps, plus an extra 100 caps per head shot. Agree, and then pass a speech check so he'll tell you where Fort Constine is on your map. Don't give him the keys and go there yourself. Through the Commanding Officer quarters you'll find some books, the Big Guns Bobblehead, tons of weapons and ammo (If you have a 100 skill lock pick), and (If you have all the keys, including the one on Terra's body on the bottom floor) you'll find a Fat Man, a couple mini nukes, and the Power Armor with the best DR in the game.)

5. East-North-East of Smith Casey's Garage. (NOTE: It will make the journey through here MUCH easier if you have the Animal Friend perk)

6. I don't really want to list them all here, so I'll just give you a link to a page with all their locations: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Keller_Family_Transcript

7. In the National Guard Depot. It's in the North-Eastern part of the DC ruins. Once you hike all the way through after going through all the robots and the maze-like first area, you'll be back in the first area at a higher level of the building with a switch in it. Throw it, and the armory will open. Kill the Sentry bot that comes out, throw another switch and head inside. Once inside, you'll find a bunch of armor, weapons, ammo and 10 bottles of purified water, some misc loot, and the Small Guns Bobblehead. There will also be a large door in the armory that you can't seem to open. Once you find all 5 Keller Family Transcrits, listen to them all to learn the password and open it. Kill the Glowing One inside, and pick up the Experimental MIRV and five mini nukes.

8. Yes, but everyone else in the mission you need you kill. You MUST capture at least one of the people. (I recommend that you kill Flak. If you capture him Shrapnel will go looking for him, only returning to Rivet City every once in a while, making one of the best ammo suppliers out there disappear. If you kill Flak, Shrapnel won't leave. Also, before capturing Arkansas, take the key to the houses in the mine field. There's some really good loot in them.

9. I would say being Good. When you're good, you can recruit Fawkes, who is possibly the best partner in the game, and occasionally people will just run up to you in cities and give you stuff. Talon Company bothers you more, but they're a good supply of armor weapons and ammo.

I hope this helps.
