Does anybody know how to go inside raven rock it keeps telling me that it activated some where ealse.

You can only get inside Raven Rock after completing the Story Quest, "Finding the Garden of Eden". While trying to leave Vault 87, you'll be ambushed by a group of Enclave who will take you to Raven Rock to do the quest, "The American Dream". Make sure you do whatever you need to do while there, like finding the Energy Weapons Bobblehead, finding the Gatling Laser, or whatever, because once you leave Raven Rock, you can't get back in ever, even if you don't blow it up.
