After you finish this quest were does that dude go cus I want to kill him and get all the keys

If he has all the keys he will go to Fort constantine to get the reward(a very powerful armor)..if hes not back at the underworld, then he died somewhere in the wasteland.It is extremely important that you kill him as soon as hes in the entrance of the underworld(under the skull) so you can get he keys yourself.

Did you give him the keys already? If so, and you didn't kill him right after you gave them to him, I doubt you'll catch him in time. He's off to Fort Constine to get the special power armor. He'll be back in a few days with the armor, and should be hanging around underworld. You can then kill him for the armor if you wish. If you haven't given him the keys yet, just go straight to Fort Constine. Grab the armor, and the quest will be over. You can then kill him if you wish.

He goes to Fort Constantine. And if you want the armor that he has just kill him. You can usually find him in Underworld. It glitched for me and one time I went to a park place or something and slept and when I woke up he was sitting outside the trailer. It might glitch for you too.
