Two Questions
I don't know if anyone is this far yet but how do you get power armor training? What do you have to do to be able to customize weapons? Answers will be very appreciated!

1 to find power armor training go to the small closed off bit call the cithadell I think
2 you can only make wepons when you buy the scamatics for it (blue print)

After you get 2 gnr station and talk to three dog talk to a high ranking brpother hood of steel he will tell thats senior lyons will teach you ..though I am yet to find him

Go to citadel and ask elder lyons for permission to be trained to wear power armour. Them go and find the paladin in the courtyard.

1) You must be far enough in the main quest line that the citadel is open to you. Then follow what lyons says and you will be "showed".
2) To customize a weapon you must have the part you want on it I.E. A scope or extended clip. Not all weapons will be able to have all types of customizes.
