No, your skills are the same no matter your alignment.

There are effects of being evil however:

- People are scared of you.
- Harder to get spouses
- People can run from the market when you're around, making the economy go bad. (Just like in real life...)

And many other things. Personally, it's a lot easier and more effective if you're good. And being evil isn't as fun as it was in the first Fable. I actually like my good female character better than my evil male character.

As far as I know being good or evil only affects your appearance and how people react to you and also the way your dog looks but the thing is if you go around killing guards and MAYBE innocents you get exp so your stats don't go up if your bad but you could get a little extra exp
