The completionist achievement
This is the second last achievement I need and am just wandering when it says get all abilities, do I need to be maxed out in every ability? Also I would like to know where I get the "Laugh" expression and I am missing the SW rude expression if anyone knows?

Yeah you have to max out all abilities all dog tricks and all expressions to get all the expressions make sure to get all expressions from books but to get some you have to be a certain good or evil first your going to have to go 100% good or evil then go 100% other side I think it would be easier to go 100% good then just start killing people to get 100% evil
