Ok I had a kid in the beggining and when I returned from the tattered spire it was a little kid that could walk so my question is does your kid get into like a young adult stage or an adult because I just beat the game but I havent played again yet

It's quite strange because when I got back from tattered spire my baby was a little kid which I kept until I completed the game and did all other quests and he didn't age at all so I'm not sure but my answer at the moment is no

The kids have three stages newborn->todler->and last a child age from 4-6

I made sure I checked over and over they never grow anymore than that but I havent gone online yet so it may be different if your online wth a kid

They appear to cap off at around age 8/9 so no, it they do not seem to grow into adults.
