No. If you beat the game on Dante Must Die difficulty I believe that you unlock Super Nero and Super Dante, however. These are the same as normal Dante and Nero, except that they have unlimited Devil Trigger. That's about as close to unlimited health as you can get without modding your console I'm afraid.

No but if youu buy lots of blue orbs you will have 2 health bars.
