Sometimes there are survivors by Psychos which you have to kill first in order for you to follow them I was wondering which ones are they, I know Randy, Mall cop (can't remember name), and Snowflake. But I get a feeling there be more but don't know where if could help that be nice...

You save a lot of survivors when you do the mission with Bibi Love but be warned, if you fail she will kill her hostages and her self. This is the "One hit Wonder" mission.
You save a woman named Cinda after defeating Antone Thomas in the "Tastes Like Chicken" mission.
Randy is one you already know.
Taming Snowflake counts and can be given as a gift to Katy.
Seymour is the cop you already know about.
And the last one is Brandon he is the C.you.R.E protester that turned mad you save a survivor on that one too.
