The M Tunnels are found by going into the outside area and following the wall round untill you see an opening that is made for vehicles, then follow the round round and you'll find the entrance to the M Tunnels and the bike and the car. I think the Walkthrough section has info on where to find Paul because I've forgotten. SOz
