Question for Dead Rising

I need help getting the 5 day survivor achievemnet so I can get the lightsaber. I have deemed this task almost impossible though. I'm at level 50 and I've been using books to get the most out of my items. Even with that, the longest I've stayed alive is just over 1 day and 8 hours. I always run out of food and the psychopaths don't really have anything useful (besides the snipers and Adam the clown). Someone please help me. Also, does anyone out there know what the "spitfire" juice does and how you use it. Ever since I've started playing, I've never known.

Spit fire burns the zombies wen you spit on them it's kinda a give away cause of the name...

Ya 5 day mode is hard I'm working on it right now I'm on day 3 best way I found to surive is get the books some food and megaman gun if you don't got get it once you have all that kill carlos get 4 wines if you have the inventory then go to wear he stands then just sit thier find something interesting to do besides the game cause it going to take awhile but don't forget about your health eat when your on the final bar of health and repeat it takes about 10 hours so ya

Ps save the psyco paths for when you run low on food hope I helped
