You need to pass Overtime mode.

To get Overtime mode, you need to beat the game with an A ranking by completing all the cases, talking to Isabella right after the military leaves, and being on the helipad when the clock hits noon. That will get you Overtime mode.

After that, just beat Overtime mode. You know you'll have successfully beat it when you defeat the final military boss.

If you do that, you should unlock Infinity Mode. A few notes about Infinity Mode:
- In infinity mode, EVERYONE is hostiles. Even people like Otis. They will even drop items to help you.
- You can't save. You need to do everything in one sitting.
- Your health will slowly drain in this mode (1 block every 100 seconds)
- The Supermarket is closed.
- Infinitely Spawning food sources will be turned off.
- Some items will appear in different places than they did in 72-hour mode.
- You don't gain PP until Frank dies.

Hope this helps!
