The gun store is on the third floor somewhere, it's not that hard to find.

The gun store is in north plazza.Just go outside from there go to north plazza.Go right and once you see a path that is also right take it it should take you there

when you fight carlito there is a sportinggoods store which has hockey sticks and use those

dont listen to anyone else if you want the gun store u need guns to kill cletus (the sycopath).
in the main mall the one u basicly spawn in. before u go outside to the left of the door there should be two cops kill them both of them will drop handguns so thats 60 bullets to kill carlito.

The Gun Store is in the North Plaza. Follow the path opposite of the Hardware store and you'll eventually see a red sign pointing you to Cletus' hunting shack. There, before you get your guns, you need to fight Cletus, who isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination.

As for the Carlito battle with no guns, your best bet are Katanas. While facing Carlito from the start of the mission, on the right on the second floor is an antique shot. Smash the glass of the display on the back left and you'll find an endless supply of Katanas. Use these to get Carlito, waiting for Brad to distract him, but be weary, getting close to him will result in him pounding you to the ground with the rifle.

just go to the paridise plaza and go to the stairs to the right of the warehouse.jump onto the blue thing and go as far as you can and theres an smg use that and hockey sticks to beat him wen brad distracts him.
