What do I do when it says scoop chance lost and what am I suppose to do to prevent that from happening?

When it says scoop chance lost it means youve run out of time to do a certain mission to avoid it keep an eye on the time if a mission goes on red it means you only have about 3 hours or less to do it in longs you don't miss the main story missions it sudnt be a problem

When I gave the frist aid kit to jessie it said all the next case is gone what do I do?

That happened to me as we'll well you can't do anything but restart as when the second day starts at 6am you need to just focus on the main story missions as you need to get the med kit to Jessie by 11am. Even though it says you got loads of time to do medicine run there isnt

I gave it to her before 11am and it said the next case would occur at 11am and then it said scoop chance lost and idk what I did wrong?
