Alright I beat the game and I was doing overtime mode and got the perfect gunner achivement and was wondering why I didnt get the outfit please help. Also I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to shoot down the heli.

The same thing happend to me too.But I figured it out.The reason you didnt unlock it is that you were doing overtime mode.You can only unlock stuff in infinity mode and 72 hour mode.
