Question for Crackdown

In one of the achivements says to impond flagged vehicles and store them in the Angecy Garage. How do you do this?

You need to get in each car and drive it into the agency garage and store it there. You need one copy of every gang and every civilian vehicle to get this achievement, if you step on the garage marker it will show you which cars you already have and which ones you do not have so that you know which ones to look for.
