How do we unlock the fourth map other than the bus stop, farm and town on the xbox 360.
Is it unlocked by tranzit or is it done by completing the campaign on veteran?

The way to unlock it is by getting the revolution dlc map pack the gives you the zombies mode Turned and it unlocks that map as it is the only map in green run (I think) to have Turned and the fourth map in green run is diner Turned

It's the Diner Turned map available with the Revolution DLC pack.
