I know Its weakness (fire)is there a fire spell that attacks all of Its heads?

No the flare spell and magic sword flare are it's only weaknesses that you have access to at this stage, if you are having trouble beating it try levelling up a bit or switching shadow classes for you party.
if you get flara make sure to put kluke in the back because the flara spell kills a head immediately
