I'm not 100 percent sure, but I think it's an achievement called "Brass Balls" or something. It's completing veteran mode without dying. I'd say I'm pretty good a the game, and I died attempting to kill the first Rosie. If you get this achievement, I'd love to hear from you. Haha.
