After you have scanned all but one of the Chronicles of Arkham, you find the last one(the one that reveals who the spirit of Arkham is)is in the place where you last leave Quincy Sharp, the warden. I forgot the name of the place, but it is the place where the lunatics are, maybe the Penitenterary? In there, go where you find Clayface, and turn and go up the stairs and on the floor is the last Chronicle of Arkham.

The correct name of the location is the the Security Control Room located at the southern most point of the Penitentiary. You can only get this by beating the game and then returning to look for the Warden where you left him.

Die letzte "der geist von Arkham" findet ihr I'm Zuchhaus I'm Sicherheitskontrollraum!!!
In der mitte des raumes müsst ihr die treppe hinauf,oben am boden seht ihr mehrere BATMAN stehen!!!
Scannt diese und ihr habt die letzte Chronik von Arkham gefunden!!! Viel Glück!!!
