Theres a full list of all the achievements for Assassins Creed under the cheats section. The list includes the secret achievements. I only know of one, "kill a target like a true assassin", to get this one you need to assassinate a target exactly how the information you collect descibes.

All the secret achievements are the people you assassinate. You'll get them throughout the game.

When you are in the abstergo agent place (aka) the real world, when eagle vision is avalible, use it on your bedroom wall. This should unlock the secret achievement and you will be rewarded with 50 gamerscore
