Question for Army of Two: The 40th Day

AS-KRI and Grand Pinger unlock clarification needed

To start, I want to say this isn't the same old "how do I unlock these weapons" question, I know that in order to unlock these two weapons you need to have saved data from the original Army of Two on your hard drive.

So here's my dilemma:

My boyfriend and I share the same Xbox. We have both beaten the original A.O.T. We both have saved data under our Xbox live accounts. We started playing 40th Day and the weapons did get unlocked, but only for his account. They are still locked for me.

Anyone have any idea why this happened, or simply, how I can unlock them for myself?

I don't know if any of this would matter, but:

  • He was always first player when we played the first A.O.T.
  • I never attempted to play the campaign solo in the first A.O.T.
  • When we first started 40th Day campaign, he was first player, (only the first 30 seconds though, because I have no left peripheral vision [complete white-out blindness on my left side] and was having trouble seeing what was going on his side of the screen, then I was first player).
  • I DID play the solo campaign for 40th Day.

    That's about all. Any idea how to fix this?

    You never attempted to play the campaign solo on the first one. Finish the campaign solo and you should have the unlocks for those weapons. They are expensive though. Sorry about your eye.

    lol hey, it could always be worse! I COULD be blind in BOTH eyes! Then I couldn't play video games at all! lol Thanks I'll try it out and respond with whether it was successful or not Smile You rock!
