Go on any bank heist and start up the thermal drill and wait until the yellow strip in the top right hand corner and it should say ( police inbound ) then go to the main entrance and crouch under the right plant pot and press B and it should say you carn't stand up. Let the cops shoot you and go down then shoot the cops while you are down and the cops should keep shooting you then get someone to heal you back up.
